By incorporating an evidence-based exercise program that won’t compromise healing and promote the capacity of the supporting tissue, we will strive to get you progressing through the rehabilitation process.

As we manage the process of (re)building strength, our goal is to help reduce the risk of re-injury or similar injuries occurring again through our treatment and rehabilitation program.

  1. We will provide you with the proper guidance and support as our experience and training enables us to assess your injury and provide the appropriate treatment and exercise plans to help you recover. 
  2. We will develop a customized treatment program taking into account your unique needs and limitations using images and digital videos to help prevent incorrect technique or overexertion, which can lead to re-injury.
  3. Our rehabilitation programs are designed to gradually increase in intensity over time. This helps to build strength and endurance while reducing the risk of aggravating the injury.
  4. Our job is to educate you about your injuries and how to prevent them from recurring. This includes advice on proper posture, stretching, and other preventive measures.
